Clarity doesn't come from a formula. It comes from finally being seen — exactly where you are.
Coaching for Purposeful & Sustainable Impact:
I've spent over twenty years helping people navigate change — the kind that shows up when you're stepping into your first leadership role, rethinking a career that no longer fits, or trying to lead a team whose experience is different from your own. My coaching is honest, kind, inclusive, and built to actually stick.
About Me
I've spent over twenty years helping people navigate change — the kind that shows up when you're stepping into your first leadership role, rethinking a career that no longer fits, or trying to lead a team whose experience is different from your own. I'm an ICF-certified coach, and before that, I led global DEI and Cultural Intelligence strategy for global brands across sectors — from retail to financial services, tech, and even nonprofit — work that taught me just how much context shapes the way people show up, at work and in the decisions they're wrestling with.
That's really the foundation of how I coach now. I've sat across the table from students figuring out their first move, people completely changing careers, and CEOs facing decisions with real consequences — and one thing has held true across all of it: you're never just the role you're in or the decision in front of you. I see the whole person, and clarity comes from being met exactly where you are, not from a formula.
I know that firsthand. Coaching found me through my own pivotal transition. For a while, I waffled — back and forth between leaning into coaching full time, going back to corporate, or staying put in the DEI space I'd already built a career in. None of those options got resolved by thinking harder about them. What actually moved me was doing the work myself: getting coached, and learning to trust my own intuition instead of arguing myself out of it. I went through my own coach training twice — the work went deep enough that I wanted to sit with it again before I trusted myself to guide others through it. That's how I landed where I was supposed to be — still doing work that matters to me and aligns with my purpose, just in a different form.
Part of what shaped that path was navigating my own neurodivergence as an adult, after years of pushing through in ways that weren't sustainable at a senior leadership level. I'd already spent years building equitable programs and systems for others, and more recently, that work has centered specifically on supporting neurodivergent employees. That experience is a real thread running through how I coach today — not just a specialty I offer, but something I understand from the inside.
What I Help With
Career transitions. Pivots, promotions, reinventions, the whole messy middle of a career change. We figure out what you actually want next — not just what's next.
Burnout recovery. We get underneath the fatigue to what's actually driving it, then build supportive plans that hold up through the amazing times and the tough ones too.
Neurodivergent-informed coaching. Coaching shaped around how your brain actually works — your strengths and your friction points — instead of a generic playbook. I bring my own lived experience to this, alongside years of hands-on work supporting neurodivergent employees.
Inclusive leadership. Drawing on my CQ and DEI background to help you lead across difference — cultural nuances, generational gaps, diverse working styles — with more warmth and less second-guessing.
How I Work
I coach with empathy and compassion, and a deep understanding that every person is unique and different. I won't tell you what to do — I'm here as your partner, guiding you back to your own innate wisdom and supporting you through your own values and purpose. I hold our work together, and your confidentiality, with real respect. And I show up for you as a whole person, not just the challenge you walked in with — your history, your context, and what matters most to you all belong in the room. You set the direction; I'm here to help you get unstuck and stay a little more honest with yourself along the way.

If you're looking for coaching that's honest, kind, inclusive, and built to actually stick — let's talk.
“Tara possesses a rare emotional intelligence that I've come to rely on. She knows instinctively when to challenge me, when to step back, and when to simply listen – a balance that is so fluid, I don’t notice it in the moment, but have come to appreciate as I reflect on our sessions.
Tara is incredible at moving between the professional and the personal, helping me see the patterns that I carry into both worlds. She meets me exactly where I am, often before I even realize where that is or what I need.
Tara has earned my trust completely. I am better for having worked with her. Not just more effective, but genuinely happier and more confident in who I am and how I show up in the different phases of my life. I look forward to continuing this work together and recommend her without reservation to anyone seeking a coach who will truly see them.”
— C-Suite Executive, Startup
“I’ve had the privilege of working with Tara in multiple capacities — first as a colleague in DEI work at a tech company, and later as my coach — and I can say with confidence that her guidance has had a transformative impact on both my professional and personal growth.
Tara has an exceptional ability to create a space that is both supportive and empowering. Through our coaching, I gained clarity about what truly matters to me and learned how to align my priorities with my values. Her insight and presence helped me build confidence in my own voice, trust my judgment, and move forward with intention and courage.
What impressed me most was how Tara helped me cut through uncertainty and self-doubt to uncover actionable next steps that felt authentic and energizing. I came away from our sessions not just with plans, but with a renewed sense of purpose and the inner confidence to follow through.
If you are looking for a coach who listens deeply, fosters clarity, and cultivates confidence, Tara is someone who will help you step into your potential with grace and conviction.”
